Useful Information

1. Please be aware that the photographs do not begin to show the
beauty of the designs and sparkle that Swarovski crystals  have and I will be happy to send samples of commonly stocked colours on request, please just drop me an Email. As each Tiara is created by hand and is therefore impossible to exactly replicate, the finished item may differ slightly from the photo, making your item unique
.....if however this concerns you in any way,
I will be happy to e-mail you a photo of your own completed piece.

2. As all the tiaras are handmade the approximate delivery time will be two to four weeks (depending on workload and materials in stock) But I will be happy to try to accommodate a 'rush' order for a small extra charge which I will advise you of when I know the timescale involved. Please contact me to see if I am able to help.

3. I realize it can be difficult to buy without trying (I would suggest that you take advantage of the Bridalwear shops in your area to try on several styles to see what suits you best) then armed with this information browse the sight and if you see an item you love, then I will do my utmost to provide you with
extra photos, sizes, crystal samples and feather colours free of charge until you are happy with the design. Or see point 4, below.

4. If you live within the Warwickshire area and would like to visit me for an informal chat and to try the designs, or would like to book a 'Tiara Party' for you, your bridesmaids, Mums and guests, then just  e-mail or call me to arrange a mutually convienient time.

5. Why not commission me to create your perfect headpiece? I offer a bespoke service for a small additional fee of £15.00 and at your request,it will not be reproduced, (but will be photographed for the website)... making your Tiara exclusively yours! I will e-mail several photos to you for your approval until you are completely happy with the design,  jewellery can also be made to match.

6. I will require a  deposit of one third or the full amount if the cost is below £15.00 to begin work. (This will be non-refundable due to the 'made to order' aspect.) The rest will be payable on completion and before dispatch.

    Returns

As  I do not carry any stock and all items are  'made to order' I regret that I do not offer refunds.  However in the unlikely event that your piece is damaged, I will offer to repair it,  send a replacement or item of equivalent value. You must, however inform me of any problems within 24 hours of receipt.


How to place an order with me and the accepted

 I accept payment by all major credit & debit cards via secure online payment facility Paypal (account not always necessary) Once you have decided on your item, please send me your e-mail address via the website contact form or the alternative  e-mail address (details are shown at the bottom of the page) or by phone and I will invoice you for the required amount to start work, then again on completion. I also accept cheques or postal orders. All items must be paid for and cleared before I am able to dispatch the goods so please allow a little extra time if using these methods. Thank you for your understanding.

       Postage Costs

To ensure there is enough insurance for the item being posted, I always use Royal Mail Special Delivery which guarantees next day delivery before 1pm.
 The price for an item upto 100g is £4.95 or £7.15 on Saturday
                                                       upto 500g is £5.40 or £7.60 on Saturday
                                                  upto 1kg is £7.55 or £9.75 on Saturday
I will advise you of the exact cost before requesting final payment.
