Useful Information

1. Please be aware that the photographs do not begin to show the
beauty of the designs and sparkle that Swarovski crystals  have and I will be happy to send samples of commonly stocked colours on request, please just drop me an Email. As each Tiara is created by hand and is therefore impossible to exactly replicate, the finished item may differ slightly from the photo, making your item totally  unique.....if however this concerns you in any way,
I will be happy to e-mail you a photo of your own completed piece.

2. As all the tiaras are handmade the approximate delivery time will be two to four weeks (depending on workload and materials in stock) But I will be happy to try to accommodate a 'rush' order for a small extra charge which I will advise you of when I know the timescale involved. Please contact me to see if I am able to help.

3. I realize it can be difficult to buy without trying (I would suggest that you take advantage of the Bridalwear shops in your area to try on several styles to see what suits you best) then armed with this information browse the sight and if you see an item you love, then I will do my utmost to provide you with
extra photos, sizes, crystal samples and feather colours free of charge until you are happy with the design. Or see point 4, below.

4. If you live within the Warwickshire area  and would like to book a 'Tiara Party' for you, your bridesmaids, Mums and guests, then just  e-mail or call me to arrange a mutually convienient time. (A minimum of ten people are required for a party booking) Or check my homepage for details of events I will be attending.....These are on a fairly regular basis.

5. Why not commission me to create your perfect headpiece? I offer a bespoke service for an additional fee (TBA) and at your request,it will not be reproduced, (but will be photographed for the website)... making your Tiara exclusively yours! I will e-mail several photos to you for your approval until you are completely happy with the design,  jewellery can also be made to match.



How to place an order

Please e-mail, call or text me with your order.

I will require 50% or the full payment (if the value is £30 or below)
this will be either invoiced via Paypal
 or by my preferred method of direct bank transfer, I will advise you of
the necessary information to accomplish this.
 I will then begin work on your item
and keep you informed of the progress.
When the design is complete, I will invoice you again for
the balance which I must receive prior to dispatch.


    Returns

  In the unlikely event that your piece is not suitable I do offer  a refund on your purchase. You must however inform me of your intention to return the item within 48 hours of receipt and the item must be returned unworn and in it's original box etc witin seven days and before the event using the
same delivery method
ie: Royal Mail Special Delivery (I regret this will  be at your own expense.)
I will then refund your purchase.

Returns on bespoke or altered pieces

A bespoke or altered piece is any item that has been changed in any way
from that of the item shown on the main pages (ie: different crystal
or bead colours, but not silver/gold wire) or that has been commissioned as a new design. In these cases, you will be refunded 50% of the original cost.
 The same terms apply as above...
You must inform me of your intention to return the item within
48 hours of receipt and I must recieve the item within seven
days and before the  wedding or planned event, unworn and
in its original packaging and by the same delivery method (paid for by you.)
These charges are to cover my labour costs and
I appreciate your understanding.
Note: due to hygene reasons, I am unable to accept returns on earrings
unless they are damaged or broken on arrival and you have informed
me of the problem within 48 hours.


      
      
 I accept payment by all major credit & debit cards via secure online payment facility Paypal or by direct bank transfer. Once you have decided on your item, please send me your e-mail address via the website contact form or the alternative  e-mail address (details are shown at the bottom of the page) or by phone and I will invoice you for the required amount to start work, then again on completion. I also accept cheques or postal orders. All items must be paid for and cleared before I am able to dispatch the goods so please allow a little extra time if using these alternative methods. Thank you for your understanding.

       Postage costs are free within the UK

Please note that as of 30th September 2011, due to soaring insurance costs...
I will be unable to provide items outside of the EU.
Sorry for any inconvienience.

To ensure there is enough insurance for the item being posted, I use Royal Mail Special Delivery for orders over £50.00 this guarantees next day
delivery before 1pm.
 Items below £50.00 will be sent via recorded delivery.
Both of these services will require a signature so please arrange for
somebody to be present at the delivery address, Thank you.

Free delivery is available in the UK only, overseas will be advised.
Crystal Calla Tiara will not be held responsible for any import
taxes/charges incurred, they must be met by the purchaser if applied.


Your item will arrive beautifully packaged or
boxed and wrapped in acid-free tissue.

Crystal Calla Tiara ensure that any information provided to us will be
kept strictly private and under no circumstances will it be passed onto any
other third party.

Disclaimer:
All of the items featured are sold as ornaments and are not intended as toys.
It is therefore recommended that  all children, particularly those under the age
of five be supervised at all times and the items are used in accordance with their
intended purpose as beads pose a choking hazard if swallowed.
